About 6 months ago, I was sitting at the kitchen table, eating my breakfast, checking Facebook on my Kindle when a lightbulb went off in my head.
For a week or so prior to this moment, I had been lamenting in my head how uncomfortable it was to sit up in my bed to watch TV at night. My husband had also been suffering from allergies, and I was contemplating how to help him breath better at night.
Believe it or not, my lightbulb moment was from my kindle! My kindle case has a folding cover which allows me to view my kindle at two different angles by using a tri-fold cover.
Once I had the idea, it was just a matter of lots and lots and lots of trial and error!

I had never heard of a bidet until I visited a friend in Argentina. I was completely baffled by this second commode in the small bathroom and was too afraid to even try it!
Then, when Antonio and I went on our honeymoon to Italy, there was another bidet! This time, I gave it a whirl, but I was still a little uncomfortable with it since it seemed so foreign to me (even though bidets are extremely common in other parts of the world).

It has been one of those weeks where it feels that my entire day is made up of repairing/cleaning/fixing all the things that my children have broken and destroyed.
Obviously, that is not completely true – part of my day is making meals and then cleaning up after the meals. 🙂
Well, one of the things that I fixed this week was a crossbow one of my boys got as a Christmas gift. My husband accidentally broke it by stepping on it.
